I liked nothing, as they where very rude to my mother and didnt respect her as a customer. The service was not as you calmed. Nothing made me happy about your company and I will not be recommending your services to anyone ever.

Very neat set-up and the job was done to my satisfaction. Attempts are made to keep customer informed of progress via SMS, but theyre not very consistent with feedback. I had to wait for a full month to get my vehicle back after a fairly minor smash to the front of the vehicle. There is no logical explanation why it had to take so long.

Great service, just extremely busy though - so hard to obtain feedback. However beware of the your electrical components on your motor. We had to take the car afterwards to another auto electrician to fix properly.

Waited 3 weeks for a minor repair. When I received my vehicle, the paint color was incorrect and my car was missing some fixtures. Even the tail light was unplugged.

Better service tgan their Van Der Hoff branch, but ther is still room for improvement.

Wasnt impressed with the results. They nearly damaged my car. I have scratches that were not there before I took my car there. My car key opening is missing etc

A chaotic setup with no apparent organisation whatever. Full of vehicles parked higgeldy piggeldy, awaiting repair. We were there just for the Outsurance assessor, though and the reception area was pleasant, with good coffee on tap and helpful staff.
