This was a complete nightmare of a medical experience. Liandri Reyneke damaged my ear while making routine moulds for in ear monitors. I now live with a clicking noise in my right ear after what was supposed to be an extremely simple process.On top of this the moulds were subsequently denied by the US company (64 Audio) that was making the custom in ear monitors after Ms Reyneke did not follow the guidelines the company sets out for audiologists, which I printed and took to the procedure.They paid me back my R300 for the procedure, apologized and said it would be handled but I obviously dont care about the money or the apology, I just dont want for anyone else to have their hearing permanently damaged by their/her pure incompetence.Go to Noise Clipper.
