Top notch service and customer care. Had a service done today and everything was carried out efficiently and professionalism. I was chauffeured to my required destination after I dropped off the car and picked up as soon as it was done. My technician, Sipho, was the absolute best and there is no doubt in my mind that Ill be back to this specific branch for any and all future needs. No shocks that they are one of the best service centers around!

My rating is a combination of mixed feelings. The first encounter was very good the follow up and weeks proceeding that were unfortunately not so good but ultimately the guys pushed hard to sort out my issues. A big thank you to Thomas Tshabangu for his patience when my frustrations got the better of me, a thank you to Sammy as well as Martin also for assisting in ensuring that i leave a satisfied customer. At some point i had vowed that i would never set foot at the branch again but i will be back for my next service and can hopefully add another star. Thanks again gents

I went to Audi Hatfield today for assistance with my car key. I just needed them to help me to reinsert a rubber that came loose. They told me that parts were missing and that it will cost me R5000 to replace the key. I then took the key to a cellphone shop and they inserted the rubber for me for free. Its sad how big brands like audi want to do you in.

I Tried phoning about getting a quote on replacing some parts on my Audi.The parts department were very helpful in getting me prices on the parts but afterwards I was transferred 5 times for a quote on the labour, till eventually they hung up on the call.Surely it cant be this difficult to get a quote on the labour costs.

If youre looking for Veteran Car Salesmen ask for Gary. Perhaps you need to verify facts speak to Gary. I was assisted by Warren a very dedicated young gentleman and all wonderful.However whenever there were hiccups Gary resurface and problem solved. Just one problem left to ion out rear parking sensors still need to be replaced, waiting for the delivery of the ordered parts.But all in all Im impressed, hence Im still overlooking the time, fuel and kilometers chowed whilst taking the car in for checks in the last two occassions 🤔

Youll regret this one.Lets start with an easy one.I bought an A4 2.0 TDI from the showroom floor, asked for the additional RS mags with tyres to fit before I picked up the long-awaited dream car.After driving for two weeks, something wasnt feeling right, so I called.Took the car back, they said that the sprockets were missing.I had driven the BRAND NEW car for two weeks without sprockets; then I had to pay for the sprockets to be fitted somewhere else.When a car is sold, or after you signed on the dotted line, dont freak out if it broke down around the corner.

You have to call them about 5 times to get through to somebody and they dont get back to you. Think Im done with audi

Worst service ever received from Gary. Bought Q2 from him, and my finance account in is a mess because of him. Whats more irritating is that he has now opted on not responding to my enquiries. Why should I pay an increased interest rate and monthly installments because of someone incompetence? This has been the worst 4 months of my life trying to sort out this mess without success.

Having heard nothing from them for the past 6 hours i decided to give them a call just to find out that my car wasnt touched as yet and that they were PLANING on giving me a call on the implications of the service..Now im wondering when they were planing on calling me seeing that i had to call them first???Poor service!

Visited Audi Hatfield earlier this afternoon with the intention to view new vehicles as a replacement car for my wife. At the entrance door we were stopped by a security guard for Covid checking purposes. No problem with this. However, the security guard then insisted to see our Drivers Licences - and to take a photo of it. WHY? I have this afternoon been to a number of other vehicle dealerships - and over the past days to retail outlets of various kinds - but nowhere else am I required to show my ID/Drivers Licence - for a photo to be taken. Why is it required at Hatfield Audi? I requested the security guard to call a manager to query the reason for this requirement. After waiting for some time we decided to leave, as no one was forthcoming. Nowhere could I see a display of your policy on safekeeping of personal information. Who all has access to this information? How long do you retain it for? How is it eventually disposed of, if at all? Who does the cellphone belong to that was going to be used to take the photo? Who does it all get forwarded to? Clearly Audi Hatfield is not concerned, or perhaps even aware of the very real problem of identity theft.Not a happy experience. And that at the so-called Audi Dealer of the year!But then - we received a totally different welcome at Audi Menlyn, with professional and friendly service. Take a guess where I will purchase my new vehicle, if indeed we do decide on an Audi.

This allows for better communication of problems and the proposed solutions. Staff always keep you informed of the status of your car which is awesome!In terms of car purchases, Audi Hatfield has a great selection and they are Audi Sport approved. So you can walk in and confidentiality choose the S or RS of your choice.I actually live in Johannesburg, but I take my car through to them all the way in Hatfield because of the excellent service.

Excellent customer service. Took my car in for a service. When I got there the technician was waiting for me. They put a plastic cover on the seat and steering wheel to protect it from damage. They called me to let me know what needed to be done before going ahead with any work. Would definitely recommend them.

Terrible customer service at Audi Hatfiled. They cant even diagnose the car, they just keep replacing and you must pay as they go. Martin Engelbrecht told me that he does not want to work on the car and that I must sell it for R60k (my 2015 A5, Cabriolet, Quattro). Dont believe the slogan rated best in service

AUDI CENTRE HATFIELD (PTA) is the best Audi dealership in South Africa, when I was looking for a new car but none of the other dealerships would assist me, they always expected me to come.see them on there time not mine. I was about to.change the brand of car, but then I.came across Audi Hatfield, they assisted me in finding a car to my specification, sent the assessor to my house to evaluate my trade in, communicated with me daily and upon collection they took there time to show me every inch of my new Car. Audi Hatfield really made me feel like Im part of the family, if it wasnt for them I would have not purchased a new Audi.

Service from personnel was excellent but was disappointed with the complementary car wash. Told them about it and they asked that I bring the car in again,did just that. They washed my car, refilled my tank then dropped my car off at work!!! Now thats 5 star service! A definite 11/10! My car is squeaky clean, what more can a girl ask for! My colleagues were also impressed, they might join the Audi family soon! I now understand why you rated no 1 in service, Thank you for making my day :-)

Called in to the parts department today told the guy what im looking just listened and left me hanging could hear the noise in the background sound like he just left the phone on the table and waked away ended the call 10mins later

The service level in here sucks, big time... came into the store previously an no one bothered attending to me except this one time, turns out the guy is still on training and doesnt even qualify to receive commission... pity they cant import the model I want as its not available in my country.

I am quite disappointing by the service that I am receiving from this dealer. I bought a vehicle about a month ago, the vehicle has been to the dealer 3 times already for rim issues. I then collected it on Friday, on Monday the vehicle broke and the car is currently at a dealer for repairs. I am now using public transport just a month later after buying such an expensive vehicle.

This is simply one of the best Audi Centres in the country. Ive been with them since 2010 and I am yet to find another Audi in the country that can surpass their superior customer service. In my opinion, there are two Audi centres in the country - Audi Centre Hatfield and others.

Unless you are under warranty, DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUDI TO AUDI HATFIELD. PLEASE READ THIS - you will save yourself A LOT of money.These guys work according to a logbook, and the mechanics seem to have NO knowledge of basic car mechanics.I took my Audi A3 there, and did a basic service. The mechanic insisted that I need to replace my automatic transmission fluid, because “according to the logbook, that is what he needs to do”. He did that, and a few weeks later my gearbox gave in. I went to a well established mechanic in Midrand (best in the business. If you need their details, contact me), and he said them replacing the ATF was the worst thing possible I could have done, unless under warranty. They opened a lot of valves they should never have opened, resulting in the gearbox failing.Audi takes no responsibility for these kinds of incidents. 5 years ago (Audi Somerset West), my ABS broke less than a week after a service with them - they were prepared to go to court to fight it.DO NOT take your car here, unless under warranty or unless you are a corporate customer. They don’t care about the smaller guys. Biggest mistake I made this year was taking it to them. Read this again, and let people know. You might save your friend R30 000 or more.

First visit and also my last!I took my car in due to problems with the aircon,which is still under warranty,they only replaced a seal,within 2 weeks the aircon wouldnt even turn on.When I phoned regarding this matter,they told me its something else,they expected it!Why not fix it in the first place?To top it all,when I told them I am not bringing back my car to them,they told me they appreciate it because they are swammped with work...really????Treating a customer like this after they didnt do their job.I wanted to by a Q3 from you guys,thanks but no thanks I will go to another dealership.Disappointed!
