Absolutely shocking service!! Floor man was trying to help me close an account. He knew absolutely nothing, the other tellers were on their phones not even noticing that I was not being helped. I cannot believe people come here for banking !Call center kept on jumping me to a different assistant and all of them ask the same questions but dont solve the problem.

Clean standard bank. The service is somewhat good, however, the waiting time is absurd.

I got 5-star customer service from the young man at the door directing customers this morning(03/11/2020).

Queued for over 15minutes with open tellers available, having a good laugh amongst themselves, and we were only 4 customers in the branch. Ended up leaving without them noticing even. Poor service

2nd weekend of the month (June19) need to consolidate accounts,only 2 consultants on duty - 10 people sitting in the waiting chairs....service?.... have been waiting 35min so far...

They had only one teller on duty and the queue had 14 people. This is around lunchtime 😟

Queuing for 45 minutes. Zero tellers as the only teller is busy accepting his online shopping delivery. What seem like managers give zero cares to the situation
