The work is not up to standard

Paid deposit in October. Shaun promised it is a week and a halfs job and that it would commence in October which it did. Every now and then a person or persons, that is definitely not a specialist, gets dropped off without supervision to carry on where they stopped the previous day. It is now the 11th of December and the job, to Shaun(an owner or CEOs) surprise is not finished yet. The quality will be discussed afterwards. My holiday would have started early Dec but cant i leave my house unattended. My swimming pool full of cement and not in use for a month.
