I bought fish at this place and the guy that assisted us said that the fish we buy is compatible to be in the same tank. But clearly he did not know his fish as goldfish is a cold water fish and angelfish is a tropical fish and they are not compatible. Try telling a 4 year old that cries at his aquarium why is the fish not swimming

Theyre a bit pricey. However, they have a wide variety of marine and freshwater aquarium products (limited but good quality plants and livestock) and offer good service and advice.

Had a very pleasant experience shopping at Pet Stop SA. They went out of my way to get a product that is not usually available and they have so much passion in what they do.I just wish they would be open on a Sunday.But never the less will definitely visit again very soon.

My favourite pet shop in Pretoria. They specialise in aquariums. I drive 25km to get there and it’s worth it every time. The fish are always in top form, and I never lost one fish I bought from them. Great place for tropical or salt water hobbyist. They also sell fresh water shrimps which is great full to keep. Keep up the excellent service and advice guys!

If you are into either fresh or salt water aquariums this is the place for you. Astounding coral plants/animals, huge variety of fish, shrimp, tank cleaning fish and creatures,etc. Excellent advice too. I went there to get a sliding glass pane for a reptile cage - done expertly too.
