Their customer service is just wonderful ohh my God these people stayed from the moment I got there,moved around the shop fetching my shopping list with me, showing me cheaper alternatives or suggesting on whether it was a good buy or not I enjoyed myself as I wasnt alone,MHC is a big store so navigating it alone would have been extremely challenging so Im greatfull for the workers there

The most terrible service delivery. I order a fridge on 2 July 2020 and was promised delivery on 3 July 2020. I waited 8 and a half hours for the delivery person to arrive. Everytime I called the store, I was promised it would be there in the next hour or I was promised that they would call me back and they were following up on it. But NOBODY returned my calls. I missed an entire day of work and paid R250 for the crappiest delivery service. NEVER AGAIN!
