Made an appointment to fix an electrical problem. Didnt even bother to pitch up. Waste of time. Would definitely NOT recommend to anyone!!

Very unprofessional Owner Martin and staff. Owner cant give you a report on what they repaired and did , had to bring back twice. No explanation nor a report . I wouldnt recommend anyone, as the service is apolling and they are rude when you question them. Mr Martin your work ethics needs attention and you cant SHOUT AT CLIENTS ON THE PHONE !!!!!

I understand why they have one star rating. I would not recommend Monument Park Appliance to anyone. Took them 3 weeks to tell me they cant fix my fridge. Then Martin the owner still asked me R500 for a handling fee for doing nothing on the fridge. Sad to say we lost our fridge. Stay away from them

Excellent service

This guy can not keep his word on verbal agreement. And when you want to argue with him, he threatens you with his rude and fake police friend,turns around and shows you away until monday. He stays on the premissis,and wont even go the extra mile for his customers. I rate him a zero. Even his staff is rude and treatning

After many years of amicable relationships, the owner of this business has deeply disappointed in not keeping his word on a verbal agreement. So disappointed Mr Martin, shame on you.
