Quaint little complex that has so much potential. Sadly due to Covid many shops have closed down. Still quite a beautiful place to visit.

A quaint, picturesque little centre with stores selling handmade goods and small restaurants. We enjoyed the visit, the glass store is especially nice with the beads actually being made in front of you in the store. Overall its a nice place to browse through for a quiet weekend morning.

This place used to be so pretty, many small shops, a nice outdoor restaurant, but now the place is deserted and abandoned. I couldnt believe that it is the same place I have visited 2 years ago. Very sad.

A bit rundown, and very empty, most shops are shutdown, pity had great quaint potential. Only highlight is the Turkish restaurant.

Its such a shame to give this place 1 star. Out of the 25 shops that were open before covid and after covid, only 4 remain. The land owner completely destroyed the small businesses that once called this place home, by refusing to refurbish or maintain the buildings and pushing the rent sky-high. The only place worth visiting is The Turkish Table, a small, but wonderful restaurant.Heres to hoping this little place makes a comeback!

Situated in the heart of Pretoria is Duncan Yard, a distinctive boutique lifestyle centre and must-do lunch spot. Here visitors amble through quaint stores and eateries along cobbled stone walkways and castle turrets. The alfresco centre provides a unique shopping experience with over 15 restaurants and shops. Its picturesque location is reminiscent of a rustic Italian village and provides a refreshingly exotic experience. Renowned for the popular Papa’s Real Food restaurant and the Deli on Duncan’s delectable array of delicacies, Duncan Yard also features an enticing selection of stores offering boutique clothing, jewellery, indoor and outdoor decor, and carpet and florist services. Both the beauty and hair salon are idyllically situated for complete relaxation and pampering. Duncan yard is a one of a kind place. During the day you can sit down at any of their exquisite small restaurants and enjoy the the special European town theme like nowhere else in Pretoria. As well as during the night when you are in the mood for night life social, you can walk a few meters to the Mystic Boer witch is an amazing bar that has a large outside area and a decent size dancefloor.

Great for grabbing breakfast with friends. Afterwards, stroll around and browse the little shops full of odd finds and cute one of a kind items. It is neat, friendly, and all the store owners are willing to assist. The only problem is that it opens a little late. So it may be more suited for brunch instead of breakfast

Quaint little shopping centre with a very calm and quiet vibe. Its nothing like the noisy and fast-paced daily life that Ive grown accustomed to as a student. Great place to take a break to relieve stress. Theres a handful of restaurants, an art store that offers lessons, a chocolate shop, and a hair salon.

Lovely place to visit. Small shops and narrow allies make it a place to escape the Pta bustle but the high amount of vacant store spaces detract from what could be a enjoyable shopping experience.

Amazing place with a huge variety of shops. There are even a true Belgium chocolate cafe where you can order a huge-thick waffel with warm Belgium chocolate covered on top with chocolate dipped strawberries. There are a Goldsmith and clothing stores, gift shops, restaurant and a LIEFDE WEN shop. The atmosphere there are just incredible and even perfect for a coffee date.
