The wifi is just terrible, because of this a lot of missed tests, deadlines were missed, and inability to actually do your school work. PEOPLE have complained and it seems nothing is being done, which is a bummer cause the place is actually nice. But whats a nice place if work cant be done. You really dont get what you payed for in terms of the wifi.

Good accommodation for students and young adults, buildings are always clean and well maintained however the wifi is simply horrible and nothing is being done about it.

Oh my word the wifi is horrible, with everything being online (school) this is a major problem. Other than that its an good place.

As the other reviews have mentioned: A good accomodation but with no Wifi, dont be fooled by them saying that there is free WiFi. IT DOESNT WORK and that is just HORRIBLE for a student in this online learning times, but I would recommend the rooms if you do not need the WIFI. It was perfect in 2020 when I first lived here and I regret coming back and recommending it to my 2 friends.

Horrible! The wifi is a total scam. Every week they send wifi maintenance messages to try keep us calm and fool us but truth is, since March up until now (August) the wifi has been terrible. The old routers worked fine but they were all removed for the new ones by April and since then it has been a complete struggle. I can not wait to move out because what is the point of a student living at a place with no wifi that is supposedly uncapped and Included in the monthly rent? You are told about wifi fees to improve your connection once you have moved in. How deceitful of a big residential company. The greed is so low and disappointing really.

Besides the wifi....everything else is very decent

High end apartments here with top security. The ground floor is populated by several shops offering a variety of products including fast food (burger King, KFC, Spur etc), a travel agency, cosmetic stores and Virgin active gym.The only supermaket which was there has been closed, hence youll have to cross over to Hatfield mall for groceries.

The living conditions are good, and so is the location. However, the Wi-Fi sucks. It was once good when we had the old routers, but when they equipped us with the new ones, things started going south. Worst part is I actually came only for the Wi-fi. So imagine being a student and learning is fully online; the WiFi connection is unreliable and most of the time it refuses to connect. You have got assignments and tests to submit. The data supplied by the university takes forever, and you dont have money to keep buying internet data. The wi-fi youre supposed to rely on is not working 90% of the time. You know that its best that you wait until your lease ends in order to move out, just to save your parents money. If you want to come stay here, make sure you have enough money to buy your own data. Better yet, buy yourself that expensive unlimited wi-fi, because Wow!

The absolute worst place to live. Security guards are rude for no reason and when you decide to move out you will face unnecessary inspection charges.

Nice place to go

An iconic mixed use Residential offering.The fields is sp well designed that it can be regarded as a mini city of its own.There is a wide variety of amenities such as accommodation, hotel and conference centers, retail and entertainment services.The Fields also has a relatively secure underground parking block and many restaurants such as Kauai, KFC and Burger king to fill the taste buds.

No wifi... Securities always give you bad attitude and has very hard rules such as no signing people after 12... What are we? Junior high school students?

Make sure you have a form of identification or else you will not be let in
