Rooms are clean and spacious, modern and comfortable. Friendly staff and easy check in process. Great location - near Menlyn shopping centre, a BP with pick and pay express and several take aways.The noise from the gate can be disruptive when sleeping.There is no elevator, stairs only.Bring your own double adapter for plug points.

Luxury Apartments with everything you need. It is located appx 2km from Menlyn Shopping Center with a long list of restaurants at arms length. Fast wifi, you just need to request for a code at check in.

Horrible. Shower was filthy. No smart tv only dstv. Wi-fi slow. Bad smell all over the apartment. Bedding smelled. Dusty everywere. No Airconditioner. Service from security and reception poor. The shower was very very filthy and toilet smelled

Nice apartments, very adequately appointed. Didnt see an air-conditioner so summer must be a challenge. Dont expect a hotel experience. You are confined to your apartment because there is no garden, lounge or common areas to mingle or hang out. Perfect for a no-frills business trip.

I have witnessed the building from scratch to now that it is completed and I have to say the attention to detail is in the final product. That is one of the most amazing properties one should have invested in, but I trust that the sellers are busy with another project to try and but into.The plan and the way the whole building is amazing and you sure feel the security and amazement concept that was put in place

1. Staff were very friendly,2. A big challenge are the steps. Definitely not a suitable venue for the elderly or disabled.3. Despite being a self catering unit, there were no cutlery. Had to ask housekeeping.4. Guests are not given remotes for the gate as a result access to the place is difficult. We had to wait 5 minutes, after much hooting a d disturbance to others, finally someone opened. A big security hazard.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff they are very friendly. I felt at home, they have all the house utilities, your iron, washing machine etc. I was very impressed. A shuttle as well for free, that was a bonus.

I stayed one night, flat was nice but the coach was dirty and the duvet on the bed had spots. I even found some long hair inside the bed.. that was not so nice. The next morning i was in the shower and the next thing there is someone on the outside washing my bathroom window at like 07:00!!!! that was not a nice experience.Some of the plugs in the flat is also not working.But overall not to bad. Dont think i will stay there again though.

Loved it. Very helpful staff, wouldve been 5 stars if the rooms had a mini-bar and air-conditioning.

Called my booking in.. Unfortunately had to wait at check-in because my booking was not received. Second night was a mission, access card was blocked, had to run downstairs to sort it out (longest flight of stairs).Forgot my slippers and some other items, was not called to come collect them or asked if Id like to have them back.. Overall ok.

Good location, decent size flats worth nice finishes. Wonderful shower but small bed. Quiet yet still close to many amenities

I checked out this morning at the Faircity Junction we had a wonderful stay with my partner . Its a morden aparment clean and exactly what I expected . I have no reason not to book the apartment if I come back to Pretoria .
