One of the neatest, safest and quietest apartment buildings I have lived within the Pretoria Central Business District. The apartment building is centrally located, close enough to the city center as well as being close to Bosman train station. The gate entrance is well secured and there is controlled access at all times ensuring that the public do not have access to the building. There is an outer gate which requires an access code, and thereafter a swivel gate which resident dials for it to open to gain entrance into the building. There is a security guard at the access gate at all times to ensure that the place is secure too. The apartments lift, corridors and public arrears are always neat and tidy. There is little noise and there are strict rules concerning noise levels. Rarely do you hear loud music playing. The residents in this place are very mature.
