Nice big store with plenty of furniture and camping goodies. Staff are helpful and friendly. It is always a good idea to ask for a discount as they can usually assist you with at least a small percentage off the marked price... and i think nowadays we must take a saving wherever we can get it! Good prices in general, very fair.

Nelly (the manager) explicitly promised me she will courier me the laptop, which I bought, in bubble wrap. I also gave them all the correct details to put on the invoice. Needless to say, the laptop was wrapped in a normal plastic bag and when I opened it, it was damaged! Furthermore the invoice was also made out incorrectly. The excuse I got was, that she was not there and the sales consultant Celeste says, she did also not check when the storeman wrapped the laptop. Can you believe it!

I am not impressed at all. Being a regular customer I was refused at the loan department this is not the first time I was met with a ugly attitude by the women who works there and having to listen to her complain about her recent warning and the fact that shes hungry and needs her lunch break as an excuse to not proceed with my loan even though Ive been a loyal customer. She is unethical, rude, condescending, and not someone who belongs in retail.

I have been calling the land line since 1pm, still no answer. I want to do an extention but Im far. It would be best to pay online and collect the extension document tomorrow. Due date is today.

Staff is friendly and willing to serve. They are eager to make a deal and assist in finding what you are looking for.Items is just not always at better than new price, but still well priced. The buying division is safe and secure. The do a market related analysis and allows a bit of negotiation.The shop is well laid out and it is easy to move even with the wide selection of stock.Well situated and easily accessible.

Now centurion cash converters said they dont stock testers or multimeters and they dont know what it is. So they directed me to merlyn cash converters. I phoned in for a tester that Im looking for. Just before I could give the name and explain what it is they said they will phone back. So i gave them my name and number. Hoping they would atleast listen or help.5min later they did phone back and said sorry we dont stock those stuff. I didnt even told them what Im looking for.Seriously bad service from this 2stores.

Having gone into this store yesterday to see if they had any pet travel cases to sell, I found them ridiculous on prices. They had two pet carriers for sale, one of which was R20 cheaper than purchasing a new one at Crazy Plastics across the road and another that was R10 more expensive. In speaking to a member of staff he walked off with a shrug and said they are under new management and want to make more money. If you do decide to shop here be aware that it might be cheaper to buy new.

Sunday 26 August 2019 9.00am. The manager on duty needs to be trained on how to speak to Customers. Prancing about the shop on his tippy toes not even stopping to answer a question. It appeared he was more devoted to swinging about the shop to appear important than he is to doing any business with valuable customers. Horrid waste of time experience. So now I get a reply we are a franchise, send an email to so and so. I suggest that You forward my review to so and so. I really dont care, I just wont go there again. As the franchisor you just dont care? Why have a review page then?

The best place to go if your plan is to waste your time, see staff fight amongst one another, feel claustrophobic and finally flee without buying anything. Don’t do it.

What a mission I have been trying for more than a week just to buy something from this store. I have been told numerous times that they will phone me back. So far not one call and that includes the manager. What a joke, I am not asking for something you do not have, I actually want to do business, but it seems that you are unwilling to do so.

Extreme ripoff when selling items to them. Then selling the items for 1000% more than what they paid me. Next time I would rather give stuff away!!
