I love this pet shop it is where we bought our new pet Timmy and we are so happy!

The ladies were very helpful but the gentelman didnt pay any attention to upholding the reputation of the shop. He was standing behind the till counter busy on his phone. Not greeting and not even offering assistance to the lady whom was taking out my fish. Im petty but one would expect more professionalism. Once again thank you to the ladies kindness. The gentleman should perhaps undergo a attitude adjustment.

Such awesome, friendly people that work there. And they are knowledgeable and always willing to take their time in helping you. Ive been there a few times and I have decided to use them for all my pet supplies.

Fish kept in dirty tanks, with staff obviously knowing nothing on how to care for them. Many looked underfed and thin. Plenty dead fish in tanks as well. The Queen apet Shop should just stop stocking fish altogether. Im yet to find one that cares for their fish properly

Awesome staff, cool animals, very good prices, they have all kinds of cute fish, birds and pets, and the live mice are in good condition (something that you dont find often) :) They also have some awesome snakes, spiders, a ton of supplies for all kinds of pets (like supplements and oils for your dogs and cats). There are cages of all sizes for all kinds of pets as well (as well as tanks and terrariums), and stand things for cats (those jungle gyms where they can play and sleep).

Absolutely love this petshop, the best in Centurion. Always a big variety of stock, animals and fish are healthy and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
