We had lots of fun.Its just that you struggle to get much tickets. Especially for the kiddies. But its still fun for the whole family

I played Laser Tag with a few friends. The instructor did not explain too well how the rules work and was impatient with not a good attitude. The Laser Tag was fun though.Also when I charged my Fun Company card with money, the cashier was not too fast in giving my bank card back, I had to ask for it.

Wide variety and lots to do. Prices could be better though for the tickets as more than half of the games are to generate tickets for prizes

You can see that the employees do not like their jobs, Im not sure of the others that was around but the lady that was helping us on the 4D Coaster just wants to get things done and let us leave. It was not welcoming..

Not very impressive, alot of the games were not working, it is very expensive to play the games, the games run out of time very quickly, this feels like a money grab not a exciting time with the kids, come with lots of money because R50 will only let you play for a few minutes. The staff were not very friendly or engaging, reminds me of shopping at PicknPay, the prize counter feels really empty.Overall disappointing. Nothing like a gaming company used to be.

Great place to take your kids, slightly crowded, has lazer tag, bumper cars, 10 pin bowling, an X rider and many more arcade games. It is a nice place to have a party or just take your kids and friends for a day.

The best fun company in Pretoria. Nice ans spacious with games suited to all ages. Only issue is that theres usually only one cashier and the self service machine has been out of order for months. Better to go when its not busy

It is a fun place to be, especially for bowling and bumper cars. I am concerned about the other games as they seem to take off your card credits without granting you an opportunity to play. I have experienced the issue several times now and it is difficult to claim your money back.

All the popular games, including 10-pin bowling, bumper cars, and laser tag. Doesnt serve food, but you can order anything from Panarottis from here - or McDonalds, both across the passage.

They have laser tagging and bowling which is awesome. Some games arent functioning, which is why I took away a star. Fun place nonetheless

Very enjoyable and friendly competent staff.

Although the games are great, like any gamer and fun-freak would say. I was just a bit disappointed that so many machines was out of order, some bumper cars was not working correctly and I got a bit confused with the manner things had to be done.

Played laser tag with a couple of mates there. Was quite skeptical at first but thoroughly enjoyed myself. Its a decent enough space and real fun. Didnt really use any of the other facilities but I quite liked that they had a projector above the bowling alley - which would be fun during game days.

The place is great. The service was good. I had loads of fun with my little sister. However, the games are very limited for adults. Bowling and pool are the only form of entertainment for us. Nonetheless, the overall experience was awesome.

Kids enjoyed it but so many of the machines dont work, it takes money off your card but then doesnt go on... The staff are also not very enthusiastic... Still good fun for the kids though

A great time with the family, first, bumper cars then 10 pin bowling then laser tag and the kids playing different games. Ending all the fun with a family picture in the photo booth.

Always check your tickets after winning. The game will show for example 200. But when checking your card it will show less. Staff is always friendly and helpfull.

Lovely place to take your kids

One of the most horrid and terrible experiences there, the staff is arrogant, rude and downright disrespectful.I went with my family to just let the kids (my siblings go and play games) when we got to the counter to claim our prizes or cash in our tickets the lady behind the counter acted very unprofessionally, disrespectful, unhelpful and she had the biggest and most disgusting attitude I have ever experienced, I work in the retail industry myself so I understand it becomes difficult from time to time, but if youre working for a salary or wage, do your job correctly, I advise anyone that decides to go there to maybe reconsider their options because honestly the staff there are absolutely disgusting and rude and I can gaurentee that myself as well as my family will not be going there again just because of the service I received.This is not how a business should operate, leave your personal drama at home, dont take it out on customers, without customers you wont get paid, bare that in mind staff of The Fun company at the Grove.

Its a normal bowling alley. They provide shoes and have all the different weight bowling balls. One thing that could improve it, would be if you could buy cold drinks and snacks there.
