Firstly the headphones had no sound which was very irritating and non of the staff knew how to fisk them. Secondly non of the staff could help me or any of my friends with the games, its like they had never played them before. Finally we spent more time trying to solve the problem with the red simulator than actually playing which was very unprofessional.

The times on google maps are incorrect, currently the store is closed possibly due to Covid-19. And we arrived about 3hours before the registered closing time.

Absolutely shocking establishment.I have visited this disgrace twice before; once last year and once now in 2020. Last year, my only real complaints were that some of the simulators did not have working sound and that it was quite expensive. However, upon returning this year and seeing that the prices have shot up even higher and that the machines are in even worse condition, I can not bring myself to go back again. My favourite staff members who were very helpful and competent have all suddenly been replaced by unenthusiastic and unwelcoming people, which leads me to believe that not only is this establishment unpolished on the outside, but that it is rotten to the core with poor management. The music is so loud, its overwhelming and the new staff hardly seem to know how to use the equipment at times and these small issues make the experience one to regret. It is unfortunate that they have depreciated so much is service and quality because it is a good concept, just with terrible execution.

Was tons of fun and I really enjoyed it. There were multiple times where the assistants struggled to get the machines working but we were given back more time than we lost. Although meant as a joke, the assistant felt it was necessary to regularly tickle/poke one of my friends while she was in.

Great fun. A bit busy on a Saturday but work the wait. Lovely staff and manager!

Im sure its a entertaining place but unfortunately we couldnt enjoy it because only kids from the age of atleast 5 can participate

Prepare to wait. Really need a number system. Staff have no idea when people are in the queue, had a lot of people that came after me go while I waited my turn. Staff are very friendly and it isnt their fault, they just have no way of knowing who came when

Very engaging futuristic games. Staff is also very friendly. I liked the fact that it is right accross from Nu Metro.

The place is nice and chilled, but the way they account for your time could stand to be improved.

Great place, im a teen myself so i can relate to video games,. some times the sevice is good, sometimes not so great. The staff doesnt always adjust the headset perfecly, and they dont even bother to adjust the lenses for you. Only one time they adjusted the lenses and headset perfecly for for me.

We went for three sessions is the space of two days. And although my brother thoroughly the games this review is of VRoom and not the games. I think it is unacceptable that a “VR experience” doesn’t have headphones and the sound is played through cheap computer speakers that can barely be heard over the music that is blasting in the store. Our experience with the staff was hit and miss. One staff member in particular struck me as incredibly arrogant and rude.Oculus Rift and the games we played get 5 stars.VRoom get 2 stars.

Had a blast playing Beat Saber at VRoom Menlyn. Im dying to try out more games. Especially the racing similator and the VR eggs.

Sitting at Spur with friends and your music/sound effects are so loud we basically have to move.
