I called Bertus after hours late yesterday evening with a gas related issue. Not only did he pick up my call but he assisted me and helped resolve my issue. I appreciate the good customer service.

Open entrance and enough areas to keep traffic flowing (even on extremely busy days)Manager is present and staff is friendly and helpful. The service is quick.The shop is clean and a wide selection of things being sold.Wide selection of good quality wood also available.The additional services of trailer rental and car wash makes this a convenient one stop.Even gasbottles being filled and exchanged.

The worst carwash I have ever seen. A disgrace for R135.... And didnt even suggested to sort it out after I asked for the manager. (That does not exist)

Absolutely horrible service at the gas exchange, get lies for the attendant and when caught out turns a bad attitude, there is many other exchange facilities in the area so do your self a favor and stay far away from this company.

Absolutely horrible service, the lady at the till refused to help me after trying to get her attention twice!!

Be sure te weigh your gas bottles when exchanged or refilled.One bottle 2kg less than it should be and another just over 1kg short.Atleast when i took it back there was no issues of refilling them to the correct capacity.

No up to date speedpoints or Tills. Forgot my wallet at home on my way to work.And so i thought i can pay with fnb scan. They dont have the fnb scan pay. I asked if i can pay to there bank account. Thy gave me the nr i then try to type in the account nr. My fnb app told me this account is not permissible to transfer money. I turned my phone lookslike the manager and he told me. The fnb app is broken. I mean a miltymilion companys app is not working????? I mean really. Hou pitifull not to help somone that wants to eet.

Went to wash my car this afternoon 06/03/2020 and was in quite a hurry so just did a wash and dry. When I got out the bakkie I saw it was still very dirty. Then I also see that my sun cover over my window had been sprayed loose and rattles in the wind. Wont be returning soon

People tend to wait a long time to get the job done. Looking at an average if 2 hours + on a Saturday if you come early.

Friendly and fast service

My regular gas supplier, but they do not send the loyalty bonus if you do not ask for it anymore.
