I used EZ shuttle from JNB airport to hotel and return transfer as well. When I booked them online the price was a little surprise because it was very cheaper than any other transfer I enquired before. After booking I tried to interact with the online chat support but rarely got responses and that too once in a day which kind of made me feel bad about the reliability of the company. But however it is all completely changed on the day of action. The driver contacted me on WhatsApp as I requested on comments at the time of booking. When I arrive there were many ez shuttle employees waiting for many passengers. They guide me to car with a driver. The driver was so polite and very professional. He was kind enough to wait in front of the hotel until someone come and receive me. Even return travel also the driver arrived 10 minutes prior to the schedule and kindly waited outside. I highly recommend them for JNB airport transfers.

We made use of EZ shuttle to get back from Nasrec after an event , given the debacle at global citizen we were a bit sceptical about choosing a shuttle we could trust and rely on. The EZ shuttle was waiting for us after event and had sent us a location so that we could easily locate our driver. I was really impressed with the overall service recieved by EZ shuttle and would definitely use them again.

Nice clean cars, but make sure your life insurance is up to date: distracted driving, no indicators, and polite driver says other people on the road are arrogant.

Terrible service!!

We used EZ-Shuttle to drive from the Cape Town airport to our Pepperclub Hotel. Everything worked fine. We were picked up on time and were taken to the reception by a nice lady. We were even given time to go to the ATMs. I can recommend EZ-Shuttle

We were met with an hour delay at O.R. Tambo. It was outside the shuttle times of the hotel and this is a certainty.Costs are reasonable to pricey, also because it is around midnight (€ 25, =).The taxi driver is in his regular place, but he is a bit at the end and then you can just miss them. Not very visible.Walking in the parking garage is quite a way to the taxi. We were safely dropped off in front of the hotel after 15 minutes.
