Bad service. Ordered vacuum bags on 09/06/2020 at TecsaReco in 878 Wapadrand, Pretoria East. The bags were ordered by the salesman Wesley and was told it should be there on Thursday 11/06/2020. Called the branch on Monday 15/06/2020 to allow for extra time and was told by the salesman Wesley that the stock had not arrived. He stated he had confirmed with the branch on Friday 12/06/2020 the stock had been despatched. Called the branch again on Wednesday 17/06/2020 and was informed the branch had showed stock on the system but did not have the physical stock. So what did he confirm with the branch on Friday as alleged? He stated had now found the stock from another branch and he confirmed it had now been despatched (15/06/2020). It is now Saturday 20/06/2020 and still no call from Wesley the salesman. I have a few concerns:Does it really take that long for stock to be sent from one branch to another?Why lie to a customer about stock being despatched but in fact the branch had no stock?Bad service TecsaReco. Being a customer since 1998. Does not look good for customer service.

Ideal place to buy spare parts for your washing machine, stove etcThey were very helpful and definitely went the extra mile to help us and saved us alot of money when we repaired our oven. Would highly recommend to go there for advice on broken appliances
