Disappointing service, unprofessional and they dont honour their guarantees. Gauteng Refrigeration attended to the problem of my fridge forming plenty ice inside on 17 December 2020 and I paid them R1800 (no new parts installed) for the job. The problem recurred thereafter and on 14 January 2021 I reported it to them but they dont respond and they avoid my calls. I dealt with a guy called Ronnie who is the owner and he showed no interest in my problem. I will never use them ever again. Sad that this is the kind of service we get in South Africa. Its so frustrating and disappointing to get ripped off like this. This gives other BEE businesses a bad reputation.
