I visited BodyMind Fitness today for a complimentary class. Firstly it was very simple to find on Google Maps as I am not from the area. The atmosphere was absolutely fabulous! =D I thoroughly enjoyed the class and the team was very friendly and welcoming aswell. I would honestly recommend BodyMind Fitness to anyone, and I have already told all my friends about it. Thanks Team you made my first experience extremely memorable I cannot wait for the next class!

I absolutely love the aerial yoga classes! Run by sisters who are always friendly & helpful. Their fees are very reasonable & they’re always adding new classes to the mix, keeping it fresh and exciting.
