I would have given them a zero if I could. Their online service is terrible. They claim they deliver in 2-5 working days. It has been two weeks and I have not even had an update as to what is going on. Definitely not going to be buying from them again!

Good products to choose from although the shop is very small. I hope they expand in the future to get a better variety of products on the shelf. Else this is a good shop to shop for electronics and they occasionally have promotions, so just keep your eyes open.

I have never experienced such incompetance or unwillingness to assist with online purchases in my entire history on this planet. The plain fact that there is 0 accountability or customer feedback is shocking. Please do not put yourself through this hell and use anyone else.

HIFI CORP is closed without notifying customers

I have returned a 2 plate stove for repairs on Monday, they say I must wait for 21 days. I am not happy at all. This is not a laptop, dvd or a radio which a person can survive without them for 21 days but not the stove. I want my pap. The policy should be reviewed.

Unfriendly and lazy attedants. HiFi corp needs to train them.
