Online booking appointments does not give you accurate times for when the dr is available or when they are on a break.If you book for a certain time that is not available it will be cancelled the next day even if it was previously confirmed the night before.If the certain time period is not available then it must not even be an option to choose from.

Used to be my go to medical place, but since 2020 it’s been one bad service to another. A bit disappointed that they close earlier than previously.* Rude receptionist* Mixed file issues, had to open a new file 3times’* They have old Doctors who can’t properly examine you due to their eyesight (had to seek second opinion since the consultation)

Very bad experience. Had to go back 3 times for one tooth. It started out as a small chip and ended up having nerve pain. I will NOT be going back a fourth time. I went to Dr. Ubbink.

If you have an appointment for 11:45, you only get to start sitting in the que to wait to see your docter at about 12:10 and only get helped at about 12:45. The slowest, most unfriendly service I have recieved in Potchefstroom since I went to the Mcdonalds. Payiing R410.00 for a consoltation is fine if I recieve good service, but this is unacceptable. Would have been better off at a state hospital.

Worst experience ever making use of Dr Hugos services.

Called and made an appointment which I had to wait a week for and when I got there they had no record of me making an appointment. Service is friendly though.

Great service, Accounts department not as efficient as the medical department, they get things wrong and often.

My daughter also experienced very indifferent staff while seeking and urgent appointment and was in fact asked to leave.

Thanks to Adri at Reception, you knew I was in need, Dr Wessels, you were spot on and not so long ago you got such a fantastic Doctor, Thursday Doctor could have been my life so much different, the gallbladder and one pendant large gallstone, Dr. Naude was just a blessing, he knows his job at Mediclinic, only Natalie was not so nice when I paid my bill, maybe she didnt feel good, and thanks to the sister who helped my drip, there and s few people like you, just the one Sister at the station was so funny she thought I was complaining that I couldnt get my sonar until the next day, until I had to inform her, Dr. Wessels sent me that I could get a drop of pain, I laugh about it, realize you work at one speed and also all those who are not really sick who need attention, of course pay their medical visits, Be Blessed and Thank you for your care and support, Greetings, Tersia Cloete, and Yes when I call did the lady at switchboard tell me no doctors available? ???? Thats why I walked straight to Reception and Adri told me otherwiseThese are going to do you a lot of damage, I was almost dismissed by a switchboard operator who has no understanding of distress, other than it is all of you Angels, Greetings
