Spend the day getting ready here for my wedding. Loved every second of it. The hosts are really helpful and they pay attention to small details...We also slept there that night. The old house speaks to ones heart.Treat yourself. Its truly an experience

Its a place like home, warm, with character and ambiance. Every corner, every room has its own unique touch of antique uniqueness. I stayed in Room 3, green, the colour gives you that special calmness after a long day of intensive work. Everything in the room was spotless, the lavender with the chocolate on my bed - very special! Everything you need is available in the room, good coffee, etc.The owner Sean, very polite and humble, he knows how to make you feel home. Excellent service.The breakfast was well prepared, tasteful and more than enough. Again good coffee!I recommend Hill Manor Guest house to anyone who needs a safe, clean and beautiful place to stay.I will always stay there in the future. Well done!!!

One of the best places I have stayed. The hosts were so unbelievingly helpful. I felt very safe as a solo traveller.The decor is lovely and rooms cleaned daily. The grounds are lovely and a delicious breakfast every morning. Great value.A great place as an athlete, as it is very close to the athletics track. Would definately stay again.

Our family booked the place out for a weekend in October 2018. We were all very impressed with the whole experience.The staff is friendly, well-informed and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home.The house is beautifully restored, the rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious.We can absolutely reccomend this place.

Nice and cozy, family friendly

We have just spent over a week at this lovely home and would not have wanted to stay anywhere else. The grounds are beautiful and the food is wonderful!!! The owner is very accommodating. This will always be our choice when returning to South Africa.

The venue is exquisite with an additional historic interest as it is the 2nd oldest house in Potchefstroom. The owners have an experienced eye for detail and presented us with an office year-end culinary delight that was truly delightful.

A friendly, quaint guest house which is a great stop over place when visiting Potchefstroom. Breakfast is average. Staircase to top rooms is however challenging and may be problematic for individuals with impaired mobility.

Awesome place. The only place I stay in Potchefstroom. Rates are good, owner - Sean is a really great guy. Wont go anywhere else in Potch - rather reschedule my meetings if Sean is fully booked!!

One of the most beautiful guesthouses Ive stayed at. The house was built in 1889 and the enterior does this justice. It is so peaceful and really transports you back to the good old days. It boasts with a beautiful lavendar garden rich in insect and bird life. The guesthouse is located oposite the Kenneth McArthur stadium and swimming pool. The owner is hands on and an amazing host. The questbook testifies of this. The breakfasts are exquisite and prepared by the owner himself. The staff is also very friendly and very helpful. The place is very secured with electric fences, camera and alarm systems. It has a lovely pool and is close to the West Acres and Mooirivier mall and 2km from the main PUK Campus. It is an absolute value for money and beware, you will be back!
