Wonderful apartments, for students who want to learn on being responsible and independent

Ive stayed here for 5 years now and I can recommend it to someone who really doesnt mind living in a noisy place.

This is mainly student accommodation in the more upmarket part of Potchefstroom. A short walk to North West University. All units consists of one kitchen, two en-suite bathrooms and two balconies. Basically built for two students but living separately and only share a kitchen. Rental is approximately R5000pm for the whole unit. Basement parking and laundry also available.

Very dirty inside, and they make no effort cleaning for the new tenant, always noisy.

Rooms are big & better. Id recommend a person to stay at this place without any doubts.

People scream and do doughnuts all the time. No regard for other people or they are deaf

I live there, and I will tell you this: I only saw baccalaureus in one picture😂.Which is the picture of the complex l but from the outside, all the other pictures could be shot anywhere but not baccalaureus. 😂 I promise you

Small bachelor flats own bedroom and toilet, but shrared kitchen. Small but cozy with a balcony built in cupboard and desk.

Great place for students who want to be independent.Affordable and safe.

The are students who will have a spare key to your room...just found out that my food supplies are decreasing almost everyday when I arrive back from school.
