Incredibly rude staff. Please beware.Please dont support bad service.Rather go to BP just 600m further.Lady tried to help customer (not me) and manager (?) interrupted and when customer objects, scolded back with Im not talking to you! She works for me, not for you!!

We are on a road trip and passed through Potchefstroom. We stopped at the Total to refuel and buy something for dinner. To our utmost disgust we were asked R2 to use the restroom. Really? We planned to fill up (estimated R1200 fuel) +dinner and then have to pay for the rest room. Great business senses to cheese off the customer. So we left.

Unfriendly staff, cant pay for petrol at the pump have to go in the store got inside wanted to swipe dischem card got told it must be swiped after I pay, paid then got told she forgot to swipe dischem card. Toilets have a foul smell.

I would rate this 0 if I could. Got screamed at and chased out by the owner for accidentally walking into the shop with some dirt underneath my shoes and messing up the shop. This could have been easily cleaned. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Pretty standard. Did not have any cash on me -- let alone a R2 coin -- to use the bathroom. Even after buying coffee and items from the convenience store (with my card), the staff was unwilling to assist. If you insist on charging for toilet use, you have to cater for people who do not carry cash. Ever heard of tap and pay?

One pays to use the restrooms. I would expect it to be clean. It was very dirty.

Upon a first glance this looks like a nice place to stop but it really isnt worth the effort.Some of the employees come across rude the way they enforce rules (which I noticed with another customer after she parked).With food already being this expensive (practically R40 for a sausage roll) and very little to choose from, having to pay to use the bathroom is a little excessive. I stopped at the total when it was still free to use the loo but the last time I was there, paying turnstiles were being built and I just stopped seeing the the point in stopping here.

The staff gives great service, spot on. Their mug & bean offer the best white hot chocolate ever.

I had a very bad unwilling to reach mutual agreement, I swapped my card to pay petrol, it paid from my account their machine didnt have paper for receipt, I was forced to pay again we waited 2 hours, their manager Lota is very incompetent a good Samaritan paid, he said they will refund me till today nothing, petrol cost R598 was paid for R1200

Great place to stop, friendly attendants and they have a Mug n Bean on the go perfect to get a coffee and snack

Stopped to try fix a leak in my tyre. No one know is capable of helping us with the tyre repair kit and told no one that could to it anyway. When we tried to fix it ourselves we were told very rudely to move to the torn up road to the side to put the spare on. No one offered to help.

The restroom are always neat and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Mugg and Bean is really great

It could be a three star, for the fact that customers are charged R2, 00 for the use of restrooms it earns a one star. I was traveling in a bus from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein and apparently the busses use the garage as a refreshment station. I dont see the reason why then do we have to pay. There was a boy of about 6 to 8 years who wanted to use the loo but didnt have the coin to gain access and I had to pay for him as I was coming out, there he was stranded.

It has clean bathrooms, they also have a baby changing facility and is easy to see from the n12. I just wish their staff inside the quick shop was more customer focused... they were pretty rude to me. Also, shaded parking for customers is not available, that would have been nice

Staff unfriendly, manager chased us away for taking our dog out of the car to get some fresh air. Cafe products are expensive.

Extremely rude. Everytime we stop here there is always a problem. This is the third time we have stopped here. The first timw employee told me and another woman with our dogs to leave even though we we’re standing across the street. The second time we stopped here the employee was impatient and rude. The third time we stopped here my mother was standing with our dog across the street and yet again a Total employee came to her and told her she is not allowed to stand there and was extremely impatient and rude. To anyone considering stopping here I would strongly suggest not to waste their time here and rather drive to the other garages down the street.

Mobile Credit Card Machines, at the fuel pumps, are not compatible with loyalty card of well known company.

Thanks Total N12 Potchefstroom for pumping dams of sewerage into my neighbourhood. No wonder the flies are eating us up alive. We live only 200m away from this.

Nice place to fill up and grab good coffee

Nice clean bathrooms, the petrol attendants are friendly and efficient. The Mugg & Bean inside the service station is unfortunately very slow however, the staff also realized this and apologized and did there very best to be as quick as possible.

It has a small supermarket where you can buy quick things on the go.

Toilets are always clean, coffee is good, everything is spick and span.

Their card machines at the petrol pumps never work. Their attendants are not very helpful and the in-store staff very ruder. My family and I always used to go there, but dont think we will go back.. If it need be I would rather refil in klerksdorp than here.
