In my experience, you walk into this Studio & your Soul is set free, engaged in calm, peace and Tranquillity. The participating Students become one big family from this warm, kind hearted atmosphere. Accomodates Diversity that is mind blowing. Every Student is observed & well monitored during the Exercise Session. My most exciting encounter was a speedy recovery on a Degeneration of Spinal Disc and flexibility to use my legs again. Deformation of my Lungs - therapy routine was beyond amazing..
