One of the worst customer experiences on the south coast .This business does not value its customers or show them respect in terms of communication and transparency .I went in and they quoted for a job , the go ahead was given and halfway through the job they realise they didnt have the spares .The car was given to me and I was charged for the work done .I then had to chase them for the completion .Once the spares arrived they changed the price of the spares by almost a 100 % which I refused to pay .The unproffessional behaviour of this business and its employees leaves much to be desired .I trust going forward that they will improve service levels and accountability to customers .
