As you enter in the gate the security is well prepared to assist with his register, sanitizer & temperature reading. No stress in parking. Signage to reception is very clear.The reception area is sòoo comfortably and staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Building looks pathetic! Disgraceful for a municipal building.

They are pathetic and dont know what is going on in their account department.

So unimpressed with this company. The say send an sms we will contact you in 2 hours. What a lie. To date I am still waiting. I go in to see them and they are always on lunch at 10:30 in the morning. Its been 2 and a half years and I am still trying to sort out their mess up. They are the most disorganised company I have the misfortune to have to deal with

I received good service from the staff. I was impressed because I had in my mind that government people dont provide excellent service but I was treated with excellent service. Wow

What a shame. So much corruption going on here. We havnt recieved a water bill in months. The water supply is constantly interupted with cries to the puplic to sort it out on their behalf. We are in the process of switching over to raincatch water. Good luck to the honest ones that are left there.
