Best service ever. Wonderful staff. Fresh crispy waffles

Lovely pit stop. My parents enjoyed it. Diabetics like myself just enjoy watching other people indulging themselves with delicious ice cream. Let your kids mess the faces and clothes 😂 fun

We received very quick and friendly service. Good place for a sweet desert. Not really good for groups because its so small and you sit very close to the next table. Sadly theres no longer pancakes on the menu

Close the store while you do upgrades or repairs and get rid of the lethargic waiters - or no wait.... ... They are actually very aptly named..... Waiters!!!!

Love it, set up to service is gr8. Its central as well, where one can do shopping and then chill or just come for a quick meal . Its in a good spot too.

I havent had Milky Lane since I was a kid. What has happened??? The dipped cones are way to small and does not look like its suppose to as advertised. The staff does not know how to make their products either. The chocolate layer was so thing I could see through it! After complaining the tried fixing it just to leave me with a completely melted ice cream on the inside which sprayed over the entire floor and myself as I bit into it!! Its about time for you guys to close down...well its only a matter of time.

Horrible experience. Burned my fingers with an overly hot plate (no warning provided), no sauces offered wit savoury... almost done with our meal and still no drinks...
