Always lovely people when you walk into the shop.They have many different varieties of fabrics and patterns. By far the best fabric shop that i have seen in KZN.I highly recommend if you need to make a dress or tights. Or a shirt or anything really.To come to this amazing shop.

They cant answer their phone, no web site, they cant send an email. I explained exactly what I want and what I did not want. I must drive to Sheppie to see what they have? How do I know that they have everything that I do not want but they think that if I am there they will be able to convince me to buy. They probably only sell everything that I am trying desperately to remove from my windows. Chintz, sparkles, etc. When I said I wanted linen or cotton. they lost interest in my call.Update: Favourite Bazaar responded to the above post and blamed me. If I was an expert on curtains and blinds , I would have gone there, bought what I needed and fitted them myself. I have a guest house with 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, etc. that all need blinds and/or new curtains. I prefer blinds but I dont know if the windows are suitable for blinds and I wouldnt know which blind to choose. I needed advice from the experts. The good news is that many companies provide this service. Favourite Bazaar does not.

Favourite Bazaar is a lovely shopping experience for those talented folk who like to sew. They have a great variety of materials, wool and accessories. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They do upholstery, curtains and cushions as well.

This place is like coming across a treasure chest in the desert! They stock anincredible range of fabrics and just about anything you would need, or can think of,to do with sewing and home!! Their staff - Raj Govender in particular - are ALWAYSvery sweet, very helpful - and in my case - very patient! And to top it all, theirprices are always competitive! Give them a visit, I promise you wont be disappointed!! PS: And there is off street parking close by which is a bonus!

The shop attendants are goal orientated. Every one was willing to help. They have materials to pick and choose. The wool was my main reason yo visit the shop. They have a great veriety . The lady was helpful and gave me all the attention that I needed.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE dusgusting experience. !!!Treating customers so bad, hostile and unwelcome!! What a bitterly shocking experience . They should not be in business at all and have a very very bad attitude They offer so called free parking for there customers BUT you only allowed an hour to shop or your car will be clammed down unlawfully.Unfortunately I spent over R6700 on 3 Dec in that shop just to discover with a shock they not only did they clam x locked down my car unlawffully but mangemt and the self claimed woman owner had no idea where the key was. I was kept against my will and my car detained without permission for more than an hour. Leaving my disabled daughter stranded where I was supposed to pick her up.!! At first I was left for 20min waiting at my car as one staff member was trying to get the key. The security guard started an argument and said he doesnt know where the key is. Frustrated and in a panic I went back into the shop . No one had a clue nor did they communicate why this happened. Not one apologised. A screaming match started as I was going in a huge panic as my didabled daughter is now been stranded almost an hour. The woman owner just shouted at me that i should read as they have sign that says u have one our to shop!! How ridiculous. Which I did not see at all cause when I arrived a van x canopy was parked in front of it. She just kept on shouting and the older man said I must get out of the shop!! How appaulling!!!BAD BAD BAD!! NASTY NASTY PEOPLE.
