Nice gym with more than enough equipment. Friendly staff as well as reasonable prices. Definately a good choice.

Its a good gym theres alot if equipment and it is also fully air conditioned.

The gym in Port Shepstone branch is surrounded by Saloons. You go to the gym and smells of hair chemical. The gym equipment doesnt get to serviced and health and safety standards are followed properly. In other words, you are more at in the gym than being at home. Those who want to go can go but the owner doesnt care if you get hurt or not. For me, its not a good gym to be and its not very safe.

Very untidy and has a bad smell and looks dirty and staff at check in is an friendly and will tolking to you plays on phone
