This company has given me no choice other than to give them a bad rating.The owner, Gyan, came with his instruments which appeared very professional and were told that this was used by professional drillers to tell if - and at what depth - there was water on site.This report would only be available to a client if they paid for it immediately, at a cost of R5,750.After requesting a copy of the report, I saw that the date was wrong. And when enquiring I was told that this was not important.Further to that we called a meeting seeing that what was on the report and what was explained to us was in contrast to what was actually materialising.In the meeting we were told that nobody could see below the earth, but he insisted that his meter showed water just past the rock surface at point 6, which was about 30m.Because we were now concerned, we asked Gyan to requote, seeing that he could not promise water at a specific depth, after all.The most concerning factor here though is that at a certain point he admitted he was not using the right drilling method, which was confirmed by his workers to us in person. However, he did admit he wanted to save us money.After 2 hrs of negotiation, he agreed that this was now negatively impacting the client, and that it was costly - and for that reason he would consider a discount.After this meeting, we never saw him again, and his foreman would - for the whole week - appear only occasionally.They started on Monday with drilling, and being requested since Wednesday morning to arrange another meeting with ourselves - we never saw Gyan again, but rather he told his workers to pack up the equipment and vacate the site. In the process, they left all their mess.To date, after receiving all the money he requested, he has not had the professional courtesy to respond to us as he constantly promised.
