My mother was very sick could not even stand on her own. I called made an appointment for her but after some time she called me crying because Dr K Naidoo himself asked Lisa the receptionist to take my mother out as they say it was her first visit to them meanwhile they are the one that lost her old card, Im extremely disappointed in the doctors behavior. Could it be my mothers money was so little or she did not fit to his standards. My mom was asked to start a new line to see the female doctor, I will never recommend that place, or visit it ever, poor and worse service ever. Lisa will know this as she knows me from my work place. I really hate what Dr Naidoo did to my mom. I totally hate it. I find him very unprofessional for the treatment he gave my mom. I myself changed to Dr Pillay because of his wife treatment as I went there pregnant, I thought since he once helped my mom I will give him a benefit of a doubt, little did I know.Extremely unhappyN Ncane

The woman who was helping me on the reception counter was very rude. I was definitely disappointed in the service. I ask the price of a cream that I heard is sold there and she answered me with attitude with her whilst covering her mouth with her hand and speaking with a very low voice to a point where I kept on having to ask her to repeat what she was saying. Her attitude was on another level. I was not the only one who noticed this
