Im so dissapointed at the service we received from sleepmadters in Port Shepston.My sister bought 3 beds and paid them fully, the first warning sign should have been the mistake made by the sales lady but thats a story for another day.The beds were bought/paid beginning of the month with the agreement that they would be delivered on the 24th and she did ask if the holiday would affect the delivery or not. The answer was No, so today she calls them to enquire and confirm becouse we have already made plans for the weekend.To our surprise, no one knows anything about the beds and delivery arrangements.So she then asks to arrange her own transport but even that option is impossible becouse the beds are still at the warehouse despite the fact that they have even gone way past their promised turn around time of 7days.Very disappointing and bad customer service, even their head office is unhelpful.
