We had a super lunch here while we were camping at 1 of the caravan sites nearby, the food was delicious.

The local bar and grill is a favorite amongst the locals and holiday goers for good reason... aside from the amazing views of the beach, the food and drinks, the people of Orcas has a way of making you feel at home and part of the family from the moment you walk in!! Well worth a visit!

Very disappointed in the way we were greeted at the door. I was really looking forward to experience this Beach bar as it came highly recommended. But Unfortunately, the lady at the door didnt even greet me. She rudely asked me to sit outside, and then only told me that they were not pet friendly. My dogs are well trained and more socialized than a drunken sailor.....Just saying. Strangely enough, there were a dog lying down in the bar area. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in the manner we were treated. Hopefully managment will address this issue

Some of the best food you can get in Port Shepstone while having an amazing sea view. You can go for a swim here as well. I would definitely recommend their Dom Pedros. They are amazing!

1) I did treat family members to lunch here a year ago or so, absolutely loved it. Good ol Fish and chips , served upstairs on the deck. Very professional and polite, he really kicks when it comes to service 😁. The cherry on the Top was the owner Joey. Joey came out to meet us. What a beautiful lady inside and out. Great place, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Make time to visit this spot. Restaurant is a few meters away from the beach with sea view deck. The service was friendly and prompt. The food is also great. And then of course the cocktails.

We visited this establishment for an afternoon lunch and a couple of drinks . Our experience there was disappointing to say the least .We received a beverage that was flat ,upon bringing it to the attention of the waitress we were rudely attacked by the owner of the establishment who refused to replace the beverage only when we offered to buy another one did she calm down .Just when we thought things couldnt get much worse we ordered a meal basket we found the food completely bland and tasteless an unappertising we sent it back and yet we still charged for it . So in closing if you want a terrible meal with a terrible attitude from the owner then by all means visit orca`s. The only compliment i can give is to our waitress who`s service was exellent(its just a pity she has to work for this establishment)

The beach is lovely there is a nice rock pool for the children, the restaurant has very nice food, also aunt Bettys Tuck shop. But it is recommended to any tourists or people that love the beach and restaurants.

The food was delicious. We had a T-Bone steak with mash, and hake and prawns with chips.

Fish bowls are to die for. Not even taking about there mussel bowl and eisbins 20 out of 10.

Service was fast. But food is way over priced for quality..my R120 hake and chips was fried in very old oil. Owner just waits for you to.leave and the stray cat, begs for food whilst eating. Your calamari is kind.of okay. Your musells starter is way too thick prepped in the sauce and the bread was old. Chips are great and also baked patato. Pity your top deck is closed. Water sits on the stairs when there nothing to do. Overall experience was way over priced food for the quality it used to be some years ago. I woudlnt recommend to visit.them unless they up their game.

A verandah with a good sea view, a splendid spot for fish and chips en route to your destination. Friendly staff. Not sure how this pub allows smoking inside, I thought this was illegal. Get with the programme people. Smokers outside, in one corner! May be nice for locals but your passing trade wont come back.

Very average,my wifes chicken burger was off and she refused to eat, my egg & bacon burger was very average, we were there on a Thursday, management need to be a little bit more involved with the day to day running of this Bar.

Idealic location to chill

As far as I am concerned Orcas Beach Bar & restaurant was the discovery of the month. It is totally unpretentious but it has everything. It is right on the beach and the owner is a very competent restaurateur. The food is good and the price affordable. Your meal may be served inside the pub or on the verandah or on the first floor terrace. I hope to be in that area again soon so as to visit Orcas again.
