First impression on my first visit they are clearly in a class of its own. Professional, hands on and on top of things. The Nissan APPROVED DEALER. I was informed by NISSAN SA STATUS PANELBEATERS is the BEST. A pitty I only now heard about them, after MONTHS!!! Of struggle and my insurance company struggling and having one issue after the other with another Panelbeaters in Margate to whom I will refer nobody ever.

My car was damaged during panelbeating work and parts were removed without my knowledge. Worse service ever

Horrible experience, a piece of electronic equipment in my vehicle was damaged by their staff. Instead of owning up to the mistake, I was told upon collecting my car you may find certain things wrong with your vehicle in the coming days. Come back and well try to sort it out.Needless to say I was enfuriated when I found out that they had damaged an amplifier in my car. Fortunately I took it back almost immediately and after a prolonged period my amplifier was replaced after I threatened legal action.Not once did the shop take responsibility for the fault nor did they offer an apology. Furthermore the owner believes that hes done me a favor by replacing what they damaged.I also asked for a receipt for the amp for warranty purposes and they are yet to get back to me.
