Affordable and fairly decent. I was just disappointed that I had no hot water in my room, I had a cold shower this morning,yeb,in room ten. I reported to the security guardbecause he s the only person on duty after hours. Thats no way to treat a guest.

Most comfortable place Ive ever been!! Best services! The receptionist are very friendly, the kitchen, I had the best breakfast and supper for a month. Its secure, air conditioners, a safe and enough blankets. Also have big rooms with more than 2 beds for families

Very welcoming and organized. Food is very acceptable (only say that cause cant beat the wifes cooking) bed is comfortable, aircon works.. Quite happy with that. All can ask.

BEWARE: Any travellers who don’t mind that the cleaning staff eat your food you store in the fridge and steal your toiletries, then this place is for you, otherwise, I would advice ANY traveller that goes to Polokwane, DO NOT make use of this place for accommodation. Even after i conplained, management seems to have no problem with their cleaning staff stealing from the lodgers...This has got to be the worst experience i ever had in any lodge anywhere in the world!

Was not 5 states nor 4 and had to pay breakfast on the side which was normal breakfast nothing special which was a little high

The place looks better but there are a lot of things lacking. No free wifi. In some rooms there is no magazines, telephone or even information paper with all numbers that one can need to call during emergency. The TVs available are small and of old standards. Some rooms locks are not good as they are about to get off. Overall score according to my one night stay in room no 15 i can give them 6/10.

Really enjoyed this place....it felt like home,so warm,calm,top service,laundry,tight security,neat and clean rooms ,delicious food starting from breakfast to dinner...The staff is so welcoming and friendly.it will be the first thing in my mind when I think about going to polokwane.Highly recommend Jacaranda lodge

A lovely overnight or long stay lodge, spent sometime here with my wife. Staff are friendly and the breakfast which is saved weekdays only from 06:30 - 08:30 is really tasty and delicious.
