PAID GOOD MONEY TO GET ANSWERS ABOUT MY HEALTH ISSUES AND THEN I DONT GET ANYTHING ANSWERED!I spend hundreds of rands on a consultation, and again spent hundreds of rands on a shot in the dark blood test, and all I got was some text message from them saying my tests were negative and theres nothing to worry aboutAnd after leaving multiple messages with reception you still cant get the doctor to phone you back.Negative blood tests doesnt magically mean someones issues are gone, but they dont care. They got paid.Daylight robbery.
Made an appointment for my wife for 3:30pm and we have to sit and wait. Just like we pay for your time we also have to answer to our bosses for our time. Very poor time management.
