On the 4th just this past weekend Eddie the counter manager insulted me. He chased me out of the store and told me that I’m trying to be crook as I asking him for a quote under someone’s company. Such behavior by someone in the management level is highly unacceptable.I never felt so embarrassed in my entire life. It was my first time and it will be my last time shopping in this store.This guy is very rude and to my opinion he should be trained or be given other tasks otherwise more customers will be chased away.😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Knowledgeable staff and good product range, got what I needed. Unfortunately the management are Unprofessional making jokes loudly in a back room and talking about customers so loudly the entire floor can hear it, even mentioned some names and the amounts of money they are making on those jobs this while a single person is assisting 7 customers, 3 other people actually left without service and advised me to go to staffix instead, eventually the loud gentleman came to the front and assisted us and apologized for the delay as he was in a meeting... Pity we could hear hes conversation the entire 40 mins we were standing there waiting for service..
