Dr De Kock was super great. The receptionists were very helpful and the overall service was exceptional, beyond expectation. My daughter got burned with boiling water on her face and her skin peeled pink. I never thought in such a short period of time my daughter will be healed and moreover the scarring is fading away in just a week there was a huge difference. He is a burn wound expert provided you brought the patient on time and did not additional things on the wound. He was very friendly and assured me that everything will be fine though i was worried about scarring but they also seem to disappear. Im very happy with his service. Hes understanding, he helped to heal my child and he was friendly too.

Dr.Jordaan was absolutely AMAZING, very kind and helpful and he gets a 10/10 from me. Unfortunately I can not say the same about one of the receptionist (Rolene). She could learn to be a little bit more polite, a “please” and a “thank you” wouldn’t hurt when you’re dealing with clients who are actually paying for your services. She didn’t even say “bye” or “thank you” as I left she just gave me my receipt... bad manners I must say. I’m not the first person to complain about the receptionists and I definitely will not be the last, Redimed should invest in better staff.

Very bad experience especially the attitude and behavior of the male receptionist who was doing night shift, he doesnt know any manners. This people shouod hire people with good behavior and better pateint handling abilities.There was a pateint that urgently needes an asthma spray so the RUDE receptionist told the asthma pateint to wait whilst the pateint was suffering with breathing.

I was shocked at the type of questions the female receptionist was asking me before I could be assisted. The rudeness and attitude of the lady is beyond humanity. I have used the services of Redimed in the previous years and the doctors were good especially Dr Wessels but the receptionist needs serious customer care training. I will never recommend any one there.

Receptionists arent the friendliest of people, but the place is neat, clean and very well kept.Doctor Wessels is great at what she does and fantastic with people.I would definitely recommend her.Keep up the stunning work !

Reception full of personell but keeps you waiting. Then they keep you waiting without Informing you why you are waiting. Is it to much to ask to keep you informed?

Though the reception room is a tad chilly, the man in charge is both friendly and helpful. The doctor currently in the building is extremely competent.

I am by far disappointed in how the réception of the employérs. The first thing when you get there the réception is not welcome ngwana at all.The staff seems to have adoptéd à bad attitude towards assisting clients.My family and I waitéd for hours people consulting while when we got there we were the only ones there. In thé end the réceptionist came up with an excuse to say I had said she must cancel. For hours we had been sitting there why would we cancel and sit there.I tell the doctor my grievence and all she could do was to say its a misunderstanding and there is no miscellaneous intention here.question is where was she to say that?No apology , just I can see you now.Not taking into considération the inconvienince cause by was ting our time.A serious question is its a 24hr clinic but you cant take your gran child there if a file has never been open otherwise you need to pay and claim from the médical aid.lots of kids stay with their guardiáns.A child could die , while you deny them assistance and yet they have a médical aid....I would never recomend people to go there.

Doctor was impatient.asked why we came there instead of going to hospital. The questions she asked felt like we were in a court room. Wasnt happy with the service recieved
