I had an incredible experience with PC Xpress Savannah. The gentlemen that helped me, Mpho, was effective, efficient and friendly while tracking down and ordering a new battery for my HP notebook, keeping me up to date on every step along the way.In less than 24h he emailed me to tell me that the battery had arrived and I should bring my notebook so we can make sure it is correct and that it works.What great service! I would recommend this PC store over any PC store in Polokwane.

Horrible service. They sold us fake charger and when we returned it they said they cant take it back because its our fault. The charger worked for one day and literally just stopped working. Now they say they cant do anything about it. The manager was disrespectful and went as far as to say its not his job to make terms and conditions available to customers. Sales rep who said all this is MPHO RAMANNA.
