Very poor service, drove all the way from thohoyandou just to do sim swap and they couldnt assist me, just bcoz Im not on contract

Wont recommend Cell C to anyone! Do not buy any contract from Cell C! I bought a wifi contract that is absolutely useless. I can barely use it because my wifi is getting throttled, permanently. Youll be lucky if you can use 10GB of a 200GB LTE contract per month. And youll think the 24 hours helpline is helpful, not at all, they are so rude and NEVER get back to you. I wouldve expected AT LEAST a 2Mbps wifi netword (which is also very slow), but Im permanently getting a 0.30Mbps network, due to it being THROTTLED by Cell C. Thanks for nothing! Im a student that needs to attend online classes, but even this is not enough for the employees at Cell C to understand.

I experience very bad service, my sim card stopped working and I had to return 3 times after which they implied I stole the sim card as my information was not captured when I bought it so I was told to go to the police station to get an affidavit declaring that I bought it by them, as a result I went to MTN and had to get a new sim card and a new number. What a disaster.
