They never answer their phone for booking. If you request a call back if there is any cancellation it never happens. The whole crew is unhappy and sour all the time compared to most of the Sorbet spa I have been to. I feel I have no Choice as they are the only sorbet spa in limpopo.

This has to be my favorite spa.. I personally love Cisky her energy, level of professionalism and attention to detail she never gets my waxing and nails messed up

Was at mall of the north at 9am today store was closed only opened at 10 staff rude and laughed in my face when i enquired why they open as the time stated 9am. I love sorbet but will not recommed this store.

My daughter had a facial although the lady was very pleasant she feels that it simply was not worth r515 as hardly any blackheads was subtracted
