I returned a tray of sausages on the 17th of September. The manager on duty on 17th September at 9:00 a.m was very accommodating & helpful.I will continue shopping at Savannah Checkers.

As always, neat, clean and easy to access, checkers delivers without doubt, appetizing food, organic and bakery. They pay close very attention to hygiene. Every marketable food product you might need is available most of the times. To me, this is the best supermarket in south africa.

If one cannot find a thing they want to buy it gets hard to get help from staff as they are always in a bad mood.Was at the sushi bar and the service was a zero star and I was not suprised at all.

I got a voucher for 1 of their coffees and they were so kind to add 2 slices of cake thanks Checkers #Xtra savings card perks. The coffee is so delicious and the customer service was good!

Great new look, a lot of products that you can not find in other Retail stores, but also some other products you cant find here as well:-) Really like the Freshness of their Fruit and Vegetables Sections and selection of Cheese not the cheapest though.But overall great shopping experience, nice and clean! Well sone keep it like that.

I am a big customer of your shop.But apparently your staff members are rude & not honest.You find a different price from the shelve & till, & when they go to verify they remove the price tag on the shelve Why are you robbing people.l am very disappointed with your service Checkers Savannah mall.

This is my favourite grocery shop in my favourite shopping mall. Always clean and well organised. Never to crowdy. Free under cover parking. Everything you need.

One of the best except for the DELI.Again,they need to TRAIN their staff correctly.Time and again they seem to rub up people the wrong way.Unfortunately,here its political.Such a shame.Pity.The staff that serves fresh food to patrons had better, learn peoples skills,have the necessary experience and be pationate about SERVING ready buyers quickly, otherwise we simply walk out and never return.Pity how few realise this basic skill.

The movie house at savannah mall is the worst in the world . The staff are rude . At one time they played the wrong movie for us , 45mins later after complaining they stopped and said the next movie was starting after 2hours . The staff were rude and did not bother to apologize.The next incident went there around 8pm for movies and they asked us to pay cash and they did not give us receipts or tickets for the movie they said they were closed .May they please change management or close the cinema . This cinema is tarnishing savanna mall image .

I LOVE this Checkers. Its so convenient fir such a small Checkers. The only thing that is very annoying, are the beggars that harass customers inside the shop, as well as you just exit the shop.

Savannah Checkers, Its okay...cashiers a little lazy to assist black female customers with packing groceries into plastic bags and loading into trolleys as opposed to white customers...but such treatment is common and we black customers have grown a customed to it... appalling as it sounds.
