Service levels at the Enquiries department very poor to say the least.The worst I have experienced.

Absa or atleast the staff at this branch has completely lost the plot. We have been banking with them for forever and then they freeze our account without any notice. They call it forced compliance. We give them everything they ask for immediately because we run our entire complex from this account but yet its been weeks and our account isnt unfrozen. Theres always something new a week later but our account remains frozen. Completely unacceptable and incompetent behavior from them.
