Sent in film photos to be developed. Didnt get contact on when they were ready unless I phoned to check.All they said was bad news they didnt come out because we bleached them for too long, an added Apologies of sorts, nevermind the money and time spent on the film would have been appreciated. Lots of memories lost in those photos. Not recommended for film users.

Amazing service from these guys, highly recommend. Was staying for 3 days in Plett and was looking for a particular lense. These guys managed to source one and get it expressed delivered the next day. You don’t get service like that in many places.

Went to print a photo of A4 size today, the staff is extremely rude and impatient. How do you expect a client to wait 2 hours for 1 photo and then when I asked why such a long wait I got told the printer is broken. The photos come out yellow and horribly printed but we are forced to take them and pay for them. While you fix the printer...GET NEW STAFF.

Really poor service and rude. Went there to print 4 little photos waited for more than 30min after they told me I should come back the next day. When I got there the next morning I again had to wait and the photos which not up to standard.

Clean and all protocols are followed
