This is a better Pick and Pay store. Fresh Produce. Bakery a bit of a disappointment. They have no fresh flowers or plants. Its a clean store. Friendly staff. Well stocked Pick and Pay.

I asked for help in registering a new Smart Shopper card after I had lost my really very old one! I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner and had my new card with the old balance included and my wine club membership was completed in record time! Probably the most frustrating experience is shopping at PnP Fairways. The staff are really friendly but dont bank on leaving with what you came for. Useless!!!

Very disappointing! The veg section (excluding potato, tomato, onions etc) was very sparse & the clothing section was practically non-existent! I saw they were selling their clothes online but what about people who do not shop online? Shame on you PnP youre no longer a favourite destination in Howick.

Service really good, but the prices amazing!!!! I do shop around and would suggest if you do monthly groceries to not go anywhere else! I cant remember when was the last time I walked out of a shop with a trolley completely full with food, meats, toiletries for R2500! I was blown away today. We moved, so havent been there in a year until today, but I will monthly drive there for grocery shopping in the future!

Generally very good all round - prices, availability, selection lovely staff but today a nasty error at the till on the price of First Choice 6pack long life milk. Priced R95. 99 instead of R 69.99. Easily rectified with apologies 🤗

It is disappointing that despite requests to the manager the staff doesnt adhere to the strict regulations of mask wearing! The masks, more often than not, do not cover the noses but hang around the mouths. They should know that the viral load of the Covid virus sits in the nose!I have always been a happy PicknPay shopper (nearly 50 years) but this non-compliance to the regulations make me shop more and more at other stores!

I can get what ever you need from appliances to food also pet foods even to withdraw money there

Disappointing. The last 4 times Ive been in, there are so many empty shelves and stock items missing. A bit irritated that the special offers you see is not what comes up on their computer.

Faiways p&p usually good. Staff very slow to help, just stroll along to find prizes and not friendly at all
