Prices are reasonable, clean, comfortable and safe

The place was bad, their is no fridge, no microwave an the tv is for display because it doesnt work.

Parking is at your own risk. No security watching your car. Its in a vulnerable place. The rooms arent as equipped as one would expect.

Now this was an experience. Friendlier people and better service you will not find anywhere else. Rooms are excellent.

Always a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Friendly ppl, willing to share jokes, food and cold beer but problem is cigarette smoke, no smoking zone😏

Came the in Petermaritzburg for an interview around April 2019. The worst decision of my life. Arrived 5 am on Friday nd made reservations the previous night nd explained my case that i needed a day rest. Horrible experience there was a tarven the sample floor were i was sleeping.. They played loud music nd people were running in the corridors screaming 😭😭. I could barely sleep.. 10 oclock they wanted me out. Even after arranging with the manager . 😱

The staff are very friendly. However, I think working on cleanliness should be a priority. This place is in serious need of a face-lift.

Freindly service at reception, there were clean beds. The shortfalls were the shower which took incredibly long to run hot water and the tv did not work.

Well received by the staff, had a good night sleep, Aunty and the security guys both at night and in the morning were very much helpful. I will recommend family and friends to book at Kismet Hotel. Thank you very much.

The outside is not appealing at all, the Redeemer here was the rooms. The rooms we hotel clean and fresh. But the place does need a serious facelift.

It is OK but need a lot of improvement, no free wifi, no plugs for charging, you need to provide your own, plus no swapping machine
