Dear All please take note that Appleberrie as OFF 2021 has new ownership, the owner goes out of her way to make certain her clients leave her store with a smile, her prices are quite reasonable too as well as her service is fast and efficient and would advise accordingly what is best for you without trying to make an extra buck from you, i highly recommend this store for all your cellphone repairs, and they have nice cellphone accessories too.I was totally satisfied with the repairs done on my Iphone and my daughters Samsung, had my laptop fixed there as well, and i am a happy customer, i was referred by other people to this store who were greatly pleased with their service so please disregard the negative reviews that were posted from years ago as mentioned the business is now owned by a lady, the new owner is a superstar. In these very tough times I saw before me a most astonishing kind heart reach out to a young man who came in with his mom for help on her phone. A wow, I haven’t seen that kind attitude & willingly sacrifice in decades.Then in my rescue she not only had such compassion along with a professional job of replacing both cameras on my IPhone, and the battery at such a great deal right in front of me - she fished out some personal details and just kept doing more for a price she kept making more attractive from my perspective. We know that business is business, but there are times when your heart rules and I just cannot overstate the business proffesionality and awesome deal afforded me! I took in my samsung cellphone to repair a damaged screen. I was informed the LCD was damaged, I paid R1800 to get it replaced and wasted told it would be done withing 2 weeks max. It wasnt, I called each time to follow up but never got a satisfactory answer. After 1 and a half months after calling, I went to the store to see what the problem was, the staff member that assisted me broke the back glass of my phone and the owner told her to pay for the damages. She did not have the money so she just kept the phone there. I eventually took my phone back after 2/3 months. I went to a Samsung repair centre and showed them the phone. They discovered that there was a pirated LCD screen that was used. I had to pay for the back glass that the staff member damaged as well as a Samsumg lcd screen which came to about R4500. Up till now, I have still not received a call from the manager to apologize or to reimburse me. I will never go back to Appleberry Hayfields again.

I had a bad experience at this shop which was rectified after speaking to the owner. I am happy to change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars pending further experience.

I put 1 star coz there s nt a zero star.... thats how BAD they are... i dondt think they even know what they are doing... what a NIGHTMARE! NEVER buy phones from them or change Batteries from thm. They kept on changing my battery till my gaurantee was finished... changed battery 3 times but still had a battery problem... WORST service EVER!

Had the worst experience going to this store. My fone was in need of repairs so i decided to go to these so called professionals instead of having a cheap job done by the Pakistanis. After taking in my fone, i was told to pay an amount of R3900 to fix it to which i agreed. After much time they say that they cannot find the cover in the color that matched my fone so they will repair the fone but put a different cover on. They said that there is no stock of the cover any where in South Africa. I agreed to this as I was needing my fone. The man said he will compensate me with a screen protector. 2 days after receiving my fone the screen had a blue line running thru it. I took the fone bak to them they said they will replace the screen as it was still under guarantee. It has been 5 days since they had my fone, and after numerous calls from myself to them they say that they will not be fixing the fone. And neither will they pay back my money. When I go to fetch the fone, the guy breaks the back cover right infront of me. He says he will replace it but he doesnt have stock of it. This is the worst service i have ever received in my entire life. I would rate them negative 100 stars if that was the option. I would not advise anyone to go to this store, thinkng like i did tht you will get a professional job done, when they are infact using cheap quality inferior products and charging you an arm and a leg. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with them

This company falsely advertised a product as the real thing but when I received it it was a copy that was not near as good as the authentic product which they advertised! I contacted them for a refund and they said they would but after months of waiting and asking and asking and then finally threatening them they only gave a partial refund and now have refused to speak to me any further. They are thieves and liars!! Do not trust this company! They make fake promises but never keep to them. Dont buy the product even if it says its the real thing as you will see when it arrives that its nowhere near what you expected.I will be going to the police with this case of false advertising and theft. I wish I could give negative stars but unfortunately thats not an option.

I would not recommend anyone to give their phone to appleberry care centre because of their negligence and bad customer care. I sent my phone to them in October last year and up until today it has not been sorted out instead it has been damaged more.

Dear Fellow ConsumersIn my honest opinion, if you need to get anything fixed by Appleberry, DO NOT GO THERE! Rather take it to another reputable store, sacrifice the extra money, without the hassle.Let me take my time to tell you why.I took my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to be fixed because it would not charge. I was told that it would take 3- 5 working days because it is a very delicate process. Prior to going into the store I did my research and the process does not take 3- 5 working days. Desperate, I booked it in and waited. I was called to come and fetch my phone as it was fixed. Upon going home, I found that the back panel was cracked and my phone had little to no signal where I previously had full signal. I thought this strange so I called Appleberry and I was told to bring my phone back.When I went back I was made to wait 20 minutes for them to change the charger port board, this took them 3- 5 working days before. Customer Service- the last on their list.I then took my phone back and the problem was still there, so I then took phone back to them. They had then said that they were going to order parts for my phone as they did not have it in stock. I waited for 4 weeks. In those 4 weeks, I received 0 calls from Appleberry informing me about the progress, I had to call them. I asked to speak to the owner who obviously does not care about customer service either, as he did not call me back after numerous attempts to contact him.After getting completely fed up with the service I am paying for, I went into the Commercial Road branch where I had given my phone in, to ask them for my phone and a refund of my money but lo and behold, they had fixed it and were meaning to give me a call.I took my phone and thank the high heavens, it worked. My phone has since had many other issues which were non existent before I took it in. The hassle to take it back to Appleberry is too much and their service is pathetic to say the least.My deduction is that they are using generic parts which is why my phone did not work when they had replaced the part the first 2 times and they tamper with more than just what your phone is in there for.So my advice to all of you wanting to use Appleberry, rather fork out a little more money and go to the original dealer of your item that needs fixing, not some middleman who cares for nothing more than cheap parts and money.
